By using FieldTrack you agree to these terms. Organisations are responsible for informing their employees about location tracking, obtaining any consent required by law, and using the data only for legitimate business purposes.

Accounts

Keep your password confidential. The Organisation owner is responsible for the users added to its account.

Acceptable use

Do not use FieldTrack to track people outside working hours or without their knowledge, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with the service.

Service

We work to keep FieldTrack available and accurate, but GPS accuracy depends on devices and network conditions. The service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law.
