Can employees check in from their phones?
Yes. Employees use the FieldTrack Android app (or the mobile website) to check in, see their assigned route, and mark visits with photos and notes.
Is location tracked all the time?
No. Background location is recorded only between check-in and check-out of a work session, with a visible notification on the phone.
How do you know if a visit really happened?
Each visit records GPS at check-in, distance from the saved place, geotagged photos, and GPS dwell time from route analysis.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and choose your colours under Branding; the employee app shows your brand.
Can previous field activity be reviewed?
